A VND 200,000 deposit is required.
Monthly rentals
- Deposit equal to 01 month’s rent.
- Rent is due on the 1st of each month.
- Give at least 3 days / 1 week / 2 weeks’ notice before checkout for stays of 1 month / 2 months / 3 months respectively.

Before your stay
Fully furnished serviced apartments with flexible nightly and monthly stays at The Origami, Vinhomes Grand Park.
Does the rental rate include all fees?
At Star Hospitality, we follow an all-inclusive policy. The rate you see is the final rate, with NO additional management, parking or cleaning fees for short stays. Long-term guests receive clear electricity and water allowances from the start.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Standard check-in is 2:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM. If the apartment is available earlier, we are happy to support complimentary early check-in. Just let our support team know in advance.
Will my deposit be refunded if I cancel?
Absolutely. If you cancel at least 48 hours before check-in, we will refund 100% of your deposit with no additional questions. We understand that plans can change.
Are pets allowed?
To maintain a thoroughly clean environment and prevent pet-hair allergies for future guests, we currently cannot accommodate pets. Thank you for your understanding.
